Nanjing Haoyang Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as NHCEC) is a professional company for the design, fabrication and installing of various pressure vessels, non-standard special equipments, which are widely applied in the field of chemical, petrol-chemical, chemical fiber, fertilizer, metallurgy, power and pharmacy industry, etc.. NHCEC has gained the certificate of design manufacture of Class A1, A2 (defined according to pressure, medium characteristics, etc.) issued by China government. Besides, she also holds the U and U2 stamp certificate issued by ASME, authentication certificate of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environment management system and ISO18001 occupational health and security management system. With elite staff and strong technical force, NHCEC has about 200 employees, including 66 professional technical personnel, 35 junior and senior engineers. NHCEC has advanced equipment and complete inspection means. Up to now, NHCEC has more than 300 sets of mechanical equipments, including all kinds of NC cutting machines of large, medium and small type, auto-welding machine, edge planer, plate shearer, rolling machine, vertical & horizontal lathe, milling machine, large CNC drilling machine, portable spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, x-ray apparatus, shot blasting machine, and so on. NHCEC , for a long time, has provided not only many high quality pressure vessels and non-standard equipments to related industries home and abroad, but also lots of large-sized chemical equipments of good properties with advanced technology and high manufacture difficulty degree as per customer’s requirements, thereinto the short flow low-temperature three-kettle polyester production equipment with capacity of 40,000~200,000 tons/year jointly developed by NHCEC and China Textile Institute of Science and Technology filling the domestic gap and having won national patent ; the large sulfuric acid converting equipment, produced for Zhejiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd, Shenghong Group, Suzhou Fine Chemicals Group, Tongling Jinlong Copper Co., Ltd, Nanjing Chemical Fiber and Shandong Xiangguang Copper Co., Ltd., on the leading edge among the national counterpart; the large-sized film drying equipment, designed and fabricated together with Toray Engineering Co., Ltd, reaching advanced world standard; meanwhile, NHCEC has provided products and service to famous companies in our country more than once, such as SINOPEC, CNPC, CNOOC, China Guodian Corporation, Shenhua Group, SINOCHEM GROUP, China Aluminum Corporation, China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corp., Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd., Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd.,, China Hualu, China Ruilin and Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation, etc., and been favourably reviewed. The products of NHCEC are not only distributed i n most parts of China, but also exported to America, Japan, Germany, France, Korea, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Iran, Thailand, Bangladesh, Tunisia, Egypt, Vietnam.
